What You’ll Do

• Manage client communication and inquiries

• Support wedding and event preparation

• Coordinate orders, pickups, and logistics

• Assist with studio workflow and seasonal events

Weddings & Events

You’ll play a key role in supporting wedding and event execution, from behind-the-scenes coordination to on-site setup. This is an opportunity to experience the full lifecycle of floral design at a high level.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is highly organized and detail-oriented

• Communicates clearly and professionally

• Appreciates design, aesthetics, and thoughtful presentation

This role may not be the right fit if you are looking for a purely creative or design-focused position without administrative responsibilities.

• Location: Sharon, MA (Hybrid)

• Schedule: 10–15 hours/week

• Duration: May–June (Seasonal Contract)

• Compensation: $18 - $24/hour
